Ad which Facebook accepted as a legitamate business offered a product I was interested in. So I ordered it. After repeated emails to there department that handles issues by the way were computer generated I requested a full refund including the extra I paid to have it express shipped. The straight up told me sorry we dont refund money. Your product is on the way. Its going on the 19th month and apparently now they say my message wasnt delivered. I want to make sure that peiple know that Facebook doesnt bother to check to see uf the company is real as long as they get money for running it. Mark zuckerberg is just as crooked as these scammers are and should be held accountable. In the meantime I got screwed. I work hard for my money. My purchase was a gift for someone. Very frustrating. I just dint want people getting ripped off like me. Dont trust anything that is advertised thru facebook.
