He sent a message to the seller (Joe), saying he was interested in buying the Kabota, and was it still available. They talked back and forth, and the buyer said he would buy it. That is when the phone calls started. The seller (Joe) told him the purchase price is to be paid through bank transfer. I went to the bank and got the transfer from our account. After the transfer was sent, the seller sent the purchase agreement that the buyer signed and sent back after making a copy The seller told the buyer that as soon as he got a shipping date, he would let him know, which he did. It was never delivered. We both tried several times, unsuccessfully to reach the seller. We even had someone else call the number. The call was then answered, and we were told to hang on, he would have to check with the delivery people to find out what the holdup was. The buyer said he could go pick up the item himself, since the buyer was only a state away and he had a trailer. The seller (Joe) said no, it was in another state. When we weren't successful in getting the product, we made a report to our sheriffs dept. and filed charges. then we drove to the address on the purchase agreement that the buyer received via email. There was an empty lot, no business at all. We went to the authorities there and make another complaint. They informed us that they had had several complaints about this business, and that they knew it wasn't legit. We have so far been unsuccessful in getting our money back.
