I ordered Birkenstock’s from this website and paid with PayPal. My account said it was pending and I never received my order. After reading the website more thoroughly I realized it says they don’t accept PayPal. The website customer service would not get back to me. I contacted PayPal and they stated that someone provided them a tracking number and they denied my fraud claim saying the item was delivered. I called USPS with the tracking number and found it was delivered to someone else’s name and address and weighed 25lbs. USPS stated this was not my package and was the wrong tracking number. I appealed to PayPal who denied me even though I asked how the transaction went through if the website doesn’t take PayPal. PayPal continued to deny my claim and provided an email for the company linked to a mail. Com account and M & G fit. I never ordered anything from this site ever. This is a scam but a clever scam that PayPal won’t investigate.
