Written to John several times, where is my order? Response in transit. Where I ask no response. Tracking icon will not work. Was informed they can’t offer a refund at this point. Several letters sent to no avail.

I ordered supplements from a company by the name of Biopurge and they took more money than was asked and then package never arrived at my home. There are many complaints of same thing happening to others. I emailed and no one will respond back. Been over a month.
