Report

Someone using the name Bill Wagner and [email protected] offered an apartment at 451 Kansas Street, San Francisco, for $5,350/month with a $5,350 refundable deposit. I requested the unit number, their relationship to the owner, and an in-person viewing. They did not answer the verification questions and instead requested a deposit and signed lease before a viewing, which they said could not happen until November 7. I have not paid or signed anything. I suspect a rental scam but cannot verify this person's actual identity.
