The site on Facebook appeared to be the legitimate QVC online shopping site. I placed an order on 01/05/25 for a weekend luggage bag & paid with my Visa in the amount of $58.85 and never received my order. After repeatedly trying to track the package, they said it was lost. I asked for a refund. Since then I am repeatedly told they are sending me a refund and to check my account. I have emails from Ira Davis [email protected],and emails from Charlotte, Olivia, Camillia, all from the customer service center. I have all of the emails from the company. Bikobabybus is obviously a scam site! Do not buy from this site!

Item advertised on Social media platforms and purchased through social media, order confirmation received and tracking number received but product was never delivered. Asked for a new product after first was delivered to wrong part of the country and the second item was not delivered either. I has asked for a full refund. Though I do not expect to actually get it.
