Placed an order thinking it was legit but it wasn't. They received payment within 24 hours of order. I keep receiving emails about order is on the way but have received nothing.

I've tried to call and email and have been unable to get through. Phone number isn't accepting calls and emails returned undeliverable.

November 9, 2023, my 75 year old mother was scrolling on Facebook when she came across what seemed like a Big Lots sponsored ad for Black Friday deals with online purchases. So she clicked on it. The ad brought her to Big Lots website, still within the Facebook app, where you can search through all the deals & make purchases. She was able to purchase several items. They emailed her a tracking number & told her when her items shipped. When she clicked to view her order under the tracking number, her browser cannot open the page because the server cannot be found. By the time she realized she had been scammed, they had already taken the money out. She never received her products.
