Ordered Marine Corps seat Covers June 7,2023 one week later I emailed no response and no order that I already paid for is processed. This is a scam website I strongly encourage that you do not order anything from this site . I had to have a new debit card made and contact my bank to report as fraud! They should of been shutdown already!

I ordered a wallet for my son's birthday in December 4, 2022. It is now February 3rd, 2023, and still no wallet. I've made multiple attempts, in various ways, to contact BigProStore, including using their "chat" feature (no person ever comes to chat with you; the chat window just stays open).
I also received a confirmation email of the order right after I placed the order, that said the item would be shipped within 4 business days. I've check my spam folder, etc. for any kind of reply from the company, and NOTHING has been sent.

At this point, I just want a refund... So disgusted.

I received a sweatshirt jacket that is NOT as expected at ALL. It's supposed to be hooded Zip front sweatshirt material with sherpa lining. On the front left chest is an armed Marine Grunt superimposed over the eagle globe and anchor. On the back, between two sets of dog tags, states, "My son has your back. Proud Marine Mom" which is super imposed over the USA flag. It looks great on the website. In reality, the material is tacky, shiny and of cheap quality. The material is not flexable. Furthermore,the jacket came without an enclosed shipping invoice. This item cost $59.95 and my bank was charged an additional $1.79 for a foreign transaction fee. Then I find that it came from Shanghi. Seriously! The website states there is a $20 return fee and NO ONE has answered any of my e-mails. ?

The wrong sized shower curtain was sent. I cannot do anything with it. So, I asked for a return label to be sent to me. Never happened. So, I cannot get the correct size because they won't send it to me. I need my money back or the correct item sent to me. I have to make a report.

I ordered a 50 dollar hoodie and they tookmymoney and said it was delivered and was not delivered and didn't give me an actual tracking number.i contacted them through email and they finally responded two months later and told me it was delivered and it wasnt and there is no way of tracking the item.

I ordered a product from this website. They charged me immediately for the product and an international charge. They said I would receive a tracking number in 2-3 business days. After 7 business days, I let them know I never received product or tracking info. They wrote me back (someone/something by the name of "Cindy") and asked for order number. It was almost like an auto response because it was quick. I sent them that info and never heard back. Now I had to set up a fraud alert on my credit card. I finally found some info on them via Facebook, and they had complaints/reviews from other customers with same experience. BEWARE! This website is fully functional. And it appears they have more than one selling the exact same product! They pay for ads on Google so their products come up first.
