The company allows you to process the loan before sending you the terms of the loan by E-Mail. I processed a loan with Castle PayDay and then the name changed. This may be due to the same issue. They stated I owed $810 dollars ($600 + $210 Finance charge). They have deducted a total of $600 dollars out of my account so far and my balance remains $810. After pressing them for information they advised I would end up paying over $4000 for the $600 loan. This information was never discussed during the application process.
