I ordered kitchen items and never received My order. A place called elegant being is listed on bank account as taking the payment. My bank investigated and was given information the item was delivered. Elegant being is a clothing store. I did not receive anything from them or biglotbigdeals. I have never ordered any clothes from elegant being, I never even heard of it until the money was taken from my account. I ordered a kitchen set, paper towels, paper plates, and an air fryer. I've tried contacting the biglotbigdeals information they posted and it doesn't exist.
