I received a number of ads for clearance products from Big Lots. I checked the urls etc and everything pointed back to Big Lots. However, when my payments went through the contact information was limited to emails only, never was able to speak to anyone regarding the missing orders. The customer service continued to advise the orders had been delivered to my home and if I couldn't find them to check with the Post Office. Due to the size and weight being over the excepted limits so the Post Office was never involved. One shipping email sent FedEx Free Shipping as the shipper but I was never able to find the tracking number in FedEx.

At one point, Amy with customer service email advised, "if I was sure I had not received the order, they would be glad to provide me a 30% refund, which I promptly refused as I want all of my money back. Very, very disappointed that Big Lots is associated with these folks. I will no longer shop even at the Big Lots store fronts.

An ad on Facebook claiming to be Big Lots and selling all the left over products at a discount. They sent me an email with tracking # and kept emailing me updates on shipping. The tracking # they sent is shown on USPS as, the label was created but hasn't been used yet. That was over a month ago and USPS still says it hasn't been used yet. But the tracking site the site sends you to says it was delivered to me, my post office checked and said no packages have come to my address in 3 weeks and the # they gave me has never been used yet.

I placed on order online at biglotscca.com. This is a fake big lots website that is pretending to sell items at a real low price. I ordered the items on March 13th and I have yet to receive these items. The phone number did not go through and they never responded back to my email about a refund.

Made an online order from what I thought was a close out sale from big lots and even recieved a confirmation email with tracking number but the tracking number is fake and it won’t show me any information at all!

I was looking for furniture and an ad popped up from what appeared to be a Big Lots going out of business sale. I almost completed a charge for a loveseat then saw the email address. I did a search of the real Big Lots site and couldn’t find the same item and saw the url for the site was different. I later received an email that had my info and tried to get me to register with them and complete the transaction.

It’s what looks like a Big Lots surplus website with great deals but once I placed the order I noticed the web address changed. Each email received is from a different address, the order never arrived and the “support” person isn’t at all supportive and refuses to correct the issue or refund my money.

Advertisement by Big Lots on Facebook about a huge Clearances Sale and we made two orders. The orders were confirmed and monies was removed out of our account and we then received two emails stating they would be shipped. When our bank alerted us of money being taken out of our account it was from someone who had bought clothes from a store in Charlotte, North Carolina. We are now in the process of waiting for our bank to investigate the scam and hopefully return our money. Please be aware of all ads on Facebook or any site for that matters.
