This man came into our store and hired us to perform a job for him. He gave us a check for 50% deposit, but it was a check from a closed account. It took our bank a while to let us know that it was an NSF check. When we called him, he kept saying he would come in and pay but never did. We got a collections lawyer but have had no luck in collecting payment. Avoid this man at all costs. His name is Daniel R Peppers but might use the name of Rodney Peppers. We might have to put a lien on his customers house where the job was performed, but would rather not.
