Type of a scam Online Purchase

I have emailed, sent messages and replied under pics that the owner had posted recently on her instagram page in regards to my package. Never received a response and I went to check the order on the website and it says that my package was fulfilled but when you go to USPS website, it’s still stating that it is waiting for the actual item to come and has a shipping label ready for it to be shipped here . It also says the order was filled on April 27th but I put the order in on the 25th and there is no way it came to me that fast and I’m in ********.

Type of a scam Online Purchase

I purchased a grey/silver velvet dress. The seller sold out online but said it could be custom ordered and send via next day shipping.

I asked for her to email me invoice but she said at the moment there was an issue and she advised it was best to send via PayPal friends and family.

So I payed $47.25 including PayPal fees. A week passed, nothing arrived and my messages and comments on IG are deliberately being ignored.

I sent the money to kibehellen250 @ yahoo.com and I also noticed that the name of the Instagram page keeps changing between Bflyla and shoptrendy_213.

I would like my money back and to earn future customers of such fraudulent activity.
