Through a relative the scammer impersonated a friend who needed help to pay for luggage fees at American Airlines in Havana, Cuba. The initial communication was through texting. The scammer made several phones after both the fake friend and my relative had communicated on the type of help requested. The scammer provided a Zelle account (BF LOGISTICS USA LLC) and the following email address: [email protected]. Once it was discovered that it was a scam, I searched the Florida Department of State Division of Corporations, and confirmed that BF LOGISTICS USA LLC is an active registered company in Florida. The phone number, the home addresses listed on Florida Business Registration and Zelle account, they all seem to link this company to the Republica of Bolivia. I was scammed for $1750. I am requesting help to recover. See attachments. More evidence available upon request. Thank you.
