My daughter purchased a backpack that originated in China. We received an order number and confirmation email. We also got an email to track the package through www.17track.net. The delivery period stated 1-2 weeks from order date. We tracked the progress of the shipment on 17track and after 45 days in transit with detailed logs, and this morning I was told that the package was delivered and in my mailbox. There was no delivery, nothing was in my mailbox.

I attempted to contact the logistics company from information I obtained on the 17track website, https://finmaship.com/ but keep getting error messages when trying to submit a message. The button to 'call' them didn't work. I send an email to a support address that I found.
