I ordered 2024 Leather seat covers from the website carus.com price of $98.00 December 9th with the transaction posted to my card on the next day. I received an email with a tracking number that led to another site that appeared to be legitimate, stating to track your order with shop. Shop wants you to use your use phone and scan a QR code: do not do it. I was able to track it through 17Track by clicking on the order number. It was there I learned that it was being shipped from China, not updated and claims it was delivered to my home 13 days after being ordered. All of which is not true. I attempted to contact the vendor at bestcarus.com through the previous confirmation email which directs you to an undeliverable email address ; [email protected]
Returning to the original site bestcarus.com , the contact information below is also illegitimate.
