this service just appeared in the notification box on my computer, saying I needed computer protection or my computer would lock me out. I ignored it for a few weeks since I had Macafee until my computer would not open except for my messages which their service was waiting. I thought they were microsoft. They sold me a service of 24/7 tech support and protection for $448.00 I paid on a card that had $500.00 at the time I did connect the coinsidence. They got my computer going for about a week when I called the # they tryed to sell me more protection which I was upset about since they had done only the one support. Then things get strange but I just think nerds trying to be nice and personable. Each person I talk with has a arab accent but a made up name "Fredrick Wilson , Jay Atkinson . Now they are having me go get flash drive and say they installed out of date software and they can give me a refund of the service but now my brand new computer barly runs. they say the money can;t go back on my card it has to go in my bank and need me to open my online banking to deposit this refund I do and I am on my computer watching them but a deposit in my account of over $1700 at which time he tells me that is the only way they can't put the exact amount back and I will have to go get the cash amount that is over my refund and buy a gift card at Wallmart for the remaining amount and make a deposit in some bank downtown while doing this they want me to stay on my cell phone. I get upset tell them I think this is a scam hang up my phone at that time I watch themdoing all kinds of things on my computer I can;t stop they take the deposit out of my bank and take modifiy the original file I had of there contract and take there3's off my start screen. Then the wierd phone calls start about a refund and the IRS local numbers.I unplug my computer contact the fedral trade commission file a internet crime complaint change all my bank accounts and have both my laptop and pc wiped clean.

the calls continue and now on my land line still coming six months later got a bunch last week. Now today I get a email thanking me for my year of tech support which has exspired and and the scheduled renewal will be $799.00 and chargeable to my previous payment method. which was a compass credit card I called after all this happened told them I wanted to dispute that charge they said they would send me the form never did and they would close the account send me a new card and over the phone told me the last 4 numbers of the card whic were the same as as my old passwords? Has anyone ever had a credit card company tell you the last four numbers of a card they a going to mail you?
