Total scam company - operating under many different names - Bavacue, Bavacue2, RAMENO, tominglap, etc.
Bought a 24 miniature guitar advent calendar, described as 'high quality, highly detailed' and 'made in and shipped from the USA'. Over a month later I received TWO guitars from China that are horrid. Company won't refund my money. Great way to operate during a pandemic defrauding people.

I ordered our family pajamas for Christmas through this company (Shenbengly - under the Vankin umbrella org). They never sent me a confirmation email, but had not problem taking my money. I purchased them prior to Thanksgiving and, at this point, do not expect to receive them by Christmas - if at all. After reading these reviews, I think I probably need to take the loss and purchase some pj's from a reputable US company so that we can continue our annual holiday tradition. Such a shame companies have no problem scamming consumers.

I bought a jigsaw puzzle from Vankin. I did not receive the puzzle I ordered. Puzzle is not made in the U.S. and is sent from China. This company operates at least 3 different web sellers. All sellers have emails that are returned as un deliverable. Buyers Beware. Very disappointed! ???

I ordered these ornaments, they arrived almost 7 weeks later. 3 were broken and this was there response:

We are sure that the item had been inspected before shipped out, but in this situation, how about we provide a $4 refund to you to express our apology? As you can see, the item can be fixed with glue and the problem won't affect the use. We sincerely hope you can understand and agree.

I ordered a collapsible scooter about a month ago that hasn't arrived yet but I have an email and phone number I'd like to share with all who got scammed. Now my phone service is thru Metro pcs and it won't let me call Greater London, England. Which is where my order is supposedly coming from. I ordered from a Banking Comp Ltd. 4/4a Bloomsbury Square, London, Greater London, England WCIA 2RP,. Co # 12186192. And phone # is 442 032 899821 (not a return address). And the email I purchased under was [email protected]. I'm not wasting any time emailing just to be ignored. I'm going to try to pay a one time call to my phone co and see if I can reach someone. It's such a shame that there's ppl out there like that with all that's going on in the world, online purchases seem like the best thing to do, but apparently not. Depending on who you paid thru, sometimes PayPal, local banks, and eBay will refund you the money. I ordered thru a pop up ad on Google, I might try to contact them also. Well I hope this info can help some of you. I personally won't ever buy anything not coming from the US again, I've got scammed on China's products too. Good luck to all.

I ordered a high quality ultra realistic mask from this company. I received a super cheap mask than smelled highly flammable. I have sent multiple emails asking to return it and get a refund. I have had no reply. What a scam! I cannot even find a contact number. The quality is that of a rubber chicken.

I received 3 masks in the mail from this company yesterday (10/22/20). THEY LOOK AWFUL AND ARE NOTHING LIKE THE MASKS THEY WERE TRYING TO SELL. And two of the masks were exactly the same! They're thieves by misrepresenting their products! I shouldn't have wasted my time and $99.97!

I ordered a Holiday Projector on Sept 28th was told turn around time of 48 hours. Even paid for expedited delivery. It's now Oct. 22 and nothing. I got an email saying its on its way and was given a tracking number. The number is not active. I've sent 4 emails requesting info and have not gotten any response. $82 . Will never buy from them again, and will advise others to stay away.

I purchased what were supposed to be collapsible storage baskets and what I received was not even what I ordered and it was broken as well. Shipped from China, the package arrived with only 2 pieces from the product included - the flat bottoms of the baskets - no sides or anything - and both pieces are smashed and twisted due to lack or proper packaging. The website claims to offer returns (www.minsten.com) but does not have address to return to, a contact phone # nor an email address. While I realized my mistake almost immediately after ordering (never buy from a website with no contact info!) I had hoped that by some chance it might still arrive. 'It' arrived, but 'it' wasn't what I ordered. This company is CLEARLY out to scam people!

Bought telephone holder with wireless charge. Cheap quality, 1 out of 3 came broken. Asked for refund or for change this item (28€/piece later found out the are sold in AliExpress for 7$ with free shipment)
