I had inquired about a Cavapoo on this website. The breeder responded promptly and seemed very caring about his puppies. He asked me several questions to see if I was suitable Home for his Hollywood. He never answered questions right away, I had to ask someone several times just to even get his name. He assured me that all would go well. He was aware that I was going to ask for a refund if things went wrong. I agreed to purchase the puppy for $650 (on sale), this included the cost of puppy and travel. I was expecting more information as to how it would all transpired. I was given a receipt of sales, was told he was getting the papers together. I then started getting calls from a delta airways logistics asking me for multiple payments to get the puppy sent. I spoke to the breeder Sebastian, he assured me that this was all normal, to pay for a proper crate for travel, another vaccine (which I was told was all up-to-date and all health information was sent with her), then she supposedly contracted parvovirus costing more money. I asked him how that happened when she had a clean bill of health. He assured me he would take care of making sure she was cared for & all these expenses were completely refundable upon receiving her. Needless to say I was scammed, they played on my feelings. He knew what to say when I was texting him with each incident that happened. These were all things he should have told me before he sent her to be shipped, he said he usually used this agency. This went on for a week when I figured it out & told him to have the agency send her back & I wanted my refund.
