On July 6, 2026 or so, I understood I was ordering from Best Buy. I thought on the phone call I had indicated to cancel the six bottles of Flex-Move and just send me two; all 8 came in one package. I returned the six with permission from the seller for refund. I then called "Best Buy" using the phone number on my Bank of America credit card and gave them the tracking number; they said they did not have it that number. If I called 302-455-7162, which I believe I did, it would have been the scammers. On this phone number I was told the refund from that July purchase would be refunded September 5: that has not happened. Why does the real Best Buy not get into action here and suit these frauders?
