Rental Fraud.

Same as the other person. We were looking for a new apartment. We mande a payment for a "refundable security deposit". Never received our lease agreement. Unfortunately,all communications were made through email. We lost $995.00.

Also we came to find out any rental or house for sale under the phone number: (975) 644-4556 is most likely a fraud.

As you will see in the attached photos every listing has the same house description "sweet home..."

Advertised rental property on apartments.com. Through email correspondence there was back and forth conversation, and there was a feeling of trust built. However, there was eventually suspect actions, and no longer contactable. Did not receive keys, paperwork, etc.
