I bought a steam cleaner from an ad I watched on TikTok. It’s a good machine and was a good sale I couldn’t pass on. So I clicked to buy now. Took me to website of Benton Living Co. filled the form out to order and gave payment info hit pay now and it took me to a site called Shop. They supposedly handle payments for stores on their site. Hit the buy now and my payment was taken immediately. With info saying I would receive my item per Benton Living Co's shipping policy. Their website says U.S. residents will receive their item in 7-10 days. I ordered on May 11th 2026. I have sent many many emails to the company with no response from them. When you track your purchase it gives shipping info and the first time I checked it I knew I’d never see my item and that I just lost my money. On their tracking screen it shows steps where your package is and the last 3 things on that list are saying the carrier has problems delivering because of wrong address. Which is bull crap!
