Someone from Benson and Kane called about a payday loan from Fox Enterprises that was in collections. NEVER in my life I have ever done anything like this! The person from Benson and Kane was very threatening saying my paycheck would be garnished, and I would have to pay court fees. When I went on the Fox Enterprises website it said it was a Roofing Company. When I called the roofing company they have no idea what I was talking about. At this time there was no court case against me no paycheck garnishment. I have no idea what these people are doing! I pulled my credit and I have no idea what these people are doing! I am on and I will keep track.

This broker tradeassets is a major scam. I invested a total of $89,700, and they persuaded me to put in even more of my hard-earned money with the promise of profits. When I tried to withdraw my funds, they refused, making it clear that their only intention was to steal my money.

Received a call Saying this was The State of Minnesota Processing Unit about a Summons that was going to be filed. Told I could call Benson and Kane.
I did call, a guy named Chris answered and when I asked him if he knew the Law he hung up. I called back and told him the conversation was being recorded. I also told him that i.have reported them to The Attorney Generals office and Minnesota and they now have a busy signal on all the numbers. Scam not legit.

I received a call/voicemail saying the message was for my husband. The message said, “My name is Jessica Ray with Nevada state processing unit. I'm calling to inform you of this emergency from the attorney's office, Benson and Kane. They have requested to file a motion with Clark County clerk for potential wage garnishment and/or lien. Once the motion is filed, our process server will be dispatched with the summons a place of employment or home address of xxxxxx. If you like details or to obtain a stop order prior to being served, contact Benson and Kane at 888-480-3051 with reference number and as in the NCB18122-NV for Nevada. Thank you.”

I received a phone call saying that this person was from Benson and Kane and that a summons was ordered by the Superior Court of San Diego regarding a debt that I owe to Cash Net USA from 2019. I have no recollection of this and when I tried to ask for more information, the person was very rude and just hung up on me and he was very threatening also.
