I ordered what was advertised as an over-3-foot-tall Halloween decoration from Benchmede online. Instead I received a cheap, shoddy, less-than-a-foot tall item. When I contacted customer service, I was given a complete runaround with emails that I've retained as proof of deceptive advertising practices and fraud. I filed a dispute with my credit card company and have been credited for the purchase *and* I'm still seeing ads for this item.

I thought I was purchasing 4 bunches of artificial hydrangeas for $75 (see first picture) but what I actually got was this (see 2nd picture)

I ordered what was pictured, flowers in a pot, and what I received were twigs. I have reached out to the business several times, with not much luck. They did offer a 30% refund, but since this was false advertising, they should refund the full amount.
