Ordered a Bellmont House ice maker, after a couple of weeks I attempted to call the number. Phone number attached to the “website” said it was not working and to follow up with an email. On May 15, someone named “Jack” from Customer Service reached out to get more information. We went back and forth a few times and the last time was on June 16th. Since then I have not heard anything from them.
