This website represents itself as a "small family-run business from Seaside Florida" (quote from an email to me) and in fact it is not a US-based company, but rather a company located in China, with no locations in the US. I purchased an item, under the false pretenses of it being US-based. The item delivered wasn't what I ordered and they refused a refund. I was able to resolve this with my credit card company, but I feel their website is false advertising and should be reported.
