Website advertises quality handmade Italian leather goods. Purchased a shoulder bag for $79.99. Received a cheap vinyl bag that had Chinese markings on the bag the purse was stored in. No indication it was 100% genuine leather nor was the name of the company stitched anywhere. Smells to high heaven of the cheap plastic it's made of. Contacted the company about the quality they sent and the response was, "Sorry you feel that way." My request was for a 100% refund back to my credit card, which was not indicated in their response.

Elaborate depiction of a Tuscan Leather business having to clear inventory of hand-made bags, jackets etc were to be taken over by a major company.

Items listed at deep discount; however items that arrived were counterfeit (without any labeling, in cheap plastic wrappings; certainly the name "Bellatorri" was nowhere to be found) likely worth less than the so-called 70% discounted price.

Bellatorri advertised a genuine leather purse, handmade in Italy by a daughter/father company. It was an "end of year deep discount" price. The purse is not leather. It's a shiny orange shade of plastic and has cheap fabric handles. Before ordering I read on the website that I had 30 days to request a full refund if not completely satisfied and they would provide a free return label. When I emailed them requesting a return label (there was no phone number provided) they said I had to pay return shipping myself including tarrifs and they would only refund 20% of the total price! They provided a return address and that's when I realized it's a company from China. They're entire website is false advertising start to finish.
