I brought these mother daughter bracelets from them for Christmas and a few days later it begin to look discolored, they refused to get me a refund asking me for more and more pictures to prove my case , it’s a sad situation and I will never buy anything from them ever again

I ordered a neck;ace from them off facebook. They already got the money. I have not received my merchandise. I have called three times and left messages and sent email. No responses. I feel they are not ligimate.
