I received a very poor quality dress. I looked up their return policy and emailed the customer service to get the return and refund process started. They have been making it extremely difficult to get a refund. They are ignoring me to push me closer to the return date deadline. They ask for information on my order, I give it to them. They offer a 50% refund. I request a full refund so I can send the dress back. They respond days later now offering a 20% refund. Um…. NO! I would like to return the dress for a full refund as I am within the deadline for your return policy. I am now actively being ignored. And if you call their number on the website, the number is not in service. A COMPLETE SCAM!

Purchased a dress online. When received, it was very poor quality with no tags and definitely not as described or pictured on the website. When tried to return the item, I kept getting emails offering a discount on another item. After about ten emails they finally provided an address to china but with no return label.
