Approached me from a solicitation I made on NextDoor. Did a partial job and immefiately asked for more work. Paid him for first partially completed job on my rental townhouse before I inspected. My fault there but then he kept making excuses for not finishing the first job and excuse after excuse for not doing the second job. Was to refund me for the materials he supposedly returned to ******* but again excuse after excuse after excuse for not refunding as he had promised. Then I found out he does tgis as his MO. collects deposits and does a LITTLE work so when you inevitably sue him you have to do so in civil court...which he laughs at and doesnt show up at the hearing.
