Wanted to support a small business. Read through the website to be sure I was ordering a physical copy of a book. The price was comparable to other sites. Ordered. A few days later, no email to track the shipment. I inquired by email. Received a response stating I ordered a digital book (even though the website states they do not sell ebooks). I was told to look in my spam folder, etc. No email/ebook was sent to me and I didn't want one anyway. I requested a refund. According to the website, if there are shipping issues, etc. refunds are provided within 15 days of ordering. My emails were within 15 days. After the third email requesting a refund, I stated I was going to file a complaint. They sent an email stating they had a check for me and needed additional information. I did not give additional information and requested they void my order - I did give them the order number even though they still had that from my first email. They sent another email requesting additional information. I have not replied and will not give additional information. Please do not order from this company!
