I didn't like that they added an extended warranty without any notice of an extra charge so I canceled 5 minutes after through email ; Victor said he'd try and cancel it. 10 minutes later I called Jerdine who again said she'd try and cancel it; 10 minutes later I get an email saying that it's ready to be shipped. I've received no other contact from them and have contacted PayPal to hopefully get the money back.
