Online order process for Laura Geller makeup was frustrating to navigate and the order was put through without giving me the chance to confirm. I ordered 1 and was upcharged for 2. My PayPal claim resulted in a refund for 1. The product was delivered today and it is counterfeit. The packaging resembles Laura Geller but her name is not on it. After researching the reviews, this is a clear scam. I have contacted the seller but am concerned about returning it and not getting a refund.
