My elderly mother who was visiting from another country got preyed on and lured into purchasing a handful of beauty products for $5000. When I looked up the company and products online, I found that the company already has several lawsuits in Santa Fe for their aggressive sales tactics and for overcharging their customers. The company has no real reviews or social media presence that allows customer feedback. They have a questionable “no refund policy” (because they are a scam). We went back to the store but being well aware of their policies, I knew they were going to offer us a product exchange and show us a small sign stating their “no refund policy”. These kind of businesses used to operate pop ups in the mall aisle and you’d avoid eye contact to escape their aggressive sales tactics. Now they are renting two store spaces in the mall.
