Loved the lashes

I recently ordered some eyelashes and foundation from a new online beauty store, and I was so impressed with the quality of the products and the customer service. The eyelashes were exactly what I was looking for - they were long, full, and natural-looking. The foundation was also great - it went on smoothly and evenly, and it didn't cake or look oily.

I was especially impressed with the customer service. I had a question about how to clean the eyelashes, and I received a prompt and helpful response. The customer service representative even sent me a link to a video tutorial on how to clean and care for false eyelashes.

I would definitely recommend this online beauty store to anyone looking for high-quality beauty products and excellent customer service. I'll definitely be ordering from them again in the future!

Scam company

This is a scam company who will take your product and not send it to you. I ordered a couple of items based on ad on Facebook on May 11th and have not received it. When I contacted them, they gave me a bogus tracking # that says the product was delivered at 11pm on May 26th but our doorbell camera clearly did not record any deliveries that night. When I pointed that out in a follow up email, they stopped responding. I paid through paypal so will report it through there.

Bought 2 lashes and never heard back

I bought 2 lashes for $40 and never received any confirmation. I wrote to them twice but never heard back. I’m ready to dispute this charge on my credit card. It’s been 3 weeks and I still haven’t heard anything back..
I was so excited to receive my order and now I’m so upset..

Ordered make-up from Beauty Lust and did not like it. Contacted them 4 times asking for a return address and kept getting emails from them saying due to Covid orders are running late. No information that I was looking for.

The same happened yo me.bought foundation and paid for April2020 .I lost count how many times I wrote and get the same answer back The reason and excuse they blame it on covid.Many times ignored or blocking my emails.

I saw thousands of comments on Facebook for color changing Foundation from Beauty Lust, I purchased back on 5-6-2020 at 8:02 am, was sent an email 5-10-2020 that item had shipped, and they deducted 20.15 out of my account. I contacted them on 4 separate occasions and they gave me false information, still haven't received makeup or my money back.
