Ordered a Mattel Barbie set and they sent a non trackable shipping from china once they came in. The doll set was a fake one. and i had already complained to my credit card about the fraud

I ordered a Barbie Signature Diwali Collector Doll from the Bears R Us website on November 23rd 2024. Fraudulent tracking info was sent and the item did not arrive in a timely manner., In fact, after placing a dispute with PayPal for a refund the company sent new fraudulent tracking info and an email requesting I drop the claim, After many weeks the item arrived on January 2nd, 2025 and it was a cheap imitation of the doll I had originally ordered. Total scam! I am currently waiting on a refund from PayPal and would like to warn others about this fraudulent company!
