I order a beard straightener for my husband on February 25, 2021. It’s now March 12th and I still haven’t received the item. I contacted them by email over a week ago, and I’ve never received a reply. After checking over the reviews, I’m finding out that what I thought is true. Beard-Bud is a scam!

Ordered and paid 39.99 for their product and it didn't ship after 3 weeks with repeated attempts to contact and no response. Had to dispute the transaction with my bank to get my money back.

Beard-bud seemed like a legitimate website selling grooming products for men. I bought a beard straightener for my husband. Two weeks later and it still hadn’t shipped. I contacted customer service multiple times with no reply. They had taken payment but never send the product. There’s no phone number either to speak to a live person. From what I’m seeing here they do this to everyone. This site should be shut down!!

I placed an order over a month ago. I have not received the product. I have emailed them consistently with no response. I called my bank and got the phone number listed with the transaction. It rang and went to a generic voicemail at first. Now, when we call, it just goes straight to voicemail. Do not order from this "company!"
