I'm assuming if you received the products that they are as good as their page reviews lists, but I never received the order. I purchased the Glowfull Collection on 5/18/21. On 6/4/21 I received an email that the product was on its way and was provided a tracking number, The product never moved from their location - the shipping company says that the package was never in their possession. I contacted the company and was told "it's pre-shipping and that the items are backed order due to high demand". The website never mentions anything about back order, in fact, their email confirmation only says 3-4 for product processing. Their reps only responded to my inquires via Instagram and not by email and they were a bit snotty. Once I asked for a refund they went radio silent. I'm now going through Paypal for a refund. This is ridiculous and they should be more honest and or dinged for taking people's money without providing products. The company goes out their way to delete posts on Instagram that doesn't fit their narrative "fake story". I'm now blocked.

I placed an order over a month ago and had not received any updates or my products. I sent an email to the company and asked on a status in which I received an automatic response. I made another contact attempt asking them to send tracking or else I would file a complaint with the BBB. In return they sent me UPS tracking for a created label and it stopped there to this day and that was two weeks ago. I sent another email yesterday requesting a full refund and only received an automated response nothing further. I believe this online company may be a scam. I made my purchase and have never received my products. I would personally will NEVER purchase anything from their company again.
