This was an email sent, claiming to be from "abuse dept" of the BBB with an incident # saying I needed to click a link and read the incident and get back to them with a response. It is super fishy because the email address it was sent from is not a bbb.org email address, and the link given to click isn't a bbb link either. I didn't click it!
