Scammer duplicated the entire Bath & Body Works website and product line. I made a purchase of $27.87 (which included a Fed Ex charge of about $10.) Was charged to my bank's debit card same day as ROMORYMSUSD STERLING /CO US CARD PURCHASE. When I Googled that name I saw a Better Business Bureau complaint where ROMORYMSUSD was also linked to a counterfeit Wayfair website. My bank recommended closing out the card and a new debit card be issued to prevent them from making further charges on it. Will let me know if they are able to recover funds.

Used two email addresses www.bbwonlineshopping.com and [email protected]. The confirmation email cited a non-working FedEx tracking number.

ORDERED PRODUCT ON LINE. BATH AN BIDY FLASH SALE! I HAVE CONTACTED THEM BY EMAIL OVER 5 TIMES. I WAS SUPPOSE TORECEIVE MY ORDER WITHIN 3TO 4 BUSINESS DAYS. HERE IS THEIR EMAIL [email protected]. I NOTIFIED MY BANK. MONEY WAS TAKEN OUT OF MY ACCOUNT. I USED MY CREDIT CARD. THE BANK SAID THIS BATH AN BODY WAS LOCATED IN HONG KONG! WHEN I CONTACTED THRM THEY GAVE ME 2 TRACKING NUMBERS. I CHECKED TRACKING NUMBERS. AND IT STATED PROCESSINGS. BUT IT HAS BEEN TO LONG! I ORDERED BATH AND BODY WORKS AROMATHERAY ORA. ORDER #****************.. THE ORDER WAS 3.99 +SHIPPING COST$.9.90. I PLACED ORDER ON 10/11/2024. IT APPEARS THAT THEY ARE GIVING ME THE ROUND AROUND OR IT IS A SCAM! PLEASE LOOK INTO THS MATTER. I ASKED FOR A REFUND AN TOLD THEM I WAS GOING TO REPORT THEM TO BETTER BUISNESS BUREAU.
