I ordered from there company on January 17th 2025 and after a month of not receiving any product I contacted them by e-mail and they kept telling me to be patient. Well after not receiving It after two months I told them to reimburse my credit card and they still haven't done it. They just keep giving me excuses on why they haven't. I advised my credit card company today to reverse the charges from them. This company is nothing but scammers.

I saw a clearance site on facebook that stated 75% off clearance items from Bath and Body works. I received an email containing a confirmation number and a tracking number, so I thought it was legitimate. I never recieved my order, so I called Bath and Body Works customer number. Their order numbers start with a different set of numbers, so I was advised that it was a scam. I am going to my bank to dispute the charge.
