I came across Basicffun on Facebook and it seemed legit however It took numerous emails to [email protected] in reference to my order. I got a run around and finally received a notification that my order was delivered, this was a canvas and what I received was an empty small envelope from the local carrier that stated the item was damaged, unsealed and no contents. I went to the Facebook account they advertise and read the complaints and realized this company is scamming people. Although this is not alot of money lost it is the fact that they are a fraud. All the complaints say no item received. I tried to look for a number and they do not have one, only the support email , and they refuse to refund my money back. They are still scamming people and need to be looked into.
