AT&T added 2 lines to my elderly parents account-this is a known practice in stores as they work on commission-one line had been set up and never used for 4 years/the other for one year....it wasnt till I started helping my parents with their bills that I noticed....i talked to a whistle blower who admitted this is a problem in AT&T stores-they set up fake lines to hit commission goals-when I called they gave us 3 mo credit.....they said because they paid the bill monthly that they agreed -but again my parents are elderly and didnt know
