The scammer reached out via text 4/29 asking for a zoom client interview to discuss being their notary for purchase closing in real estate, I tried to download link but it didn't work on my end. Then, 2 weeks later on 5/13 scammer reached out again via text and therefore email and I still didn't connect this was a scam, so invited both emails to my zoom link and they stated it didn't work and to keep trying his zoom link and I tried again and this still didn't work so I stepped away from computer for a short while and came back to blue screen of death! Then once I logged back in I saw my mouse move on it's own and passwords up on MS Edge window. He therefore purchased a gift card on Amazon for $100 and as of now, I have been resetting passwords and NOT saving to MS Edge and a deep dive into cleaning up computer.
