On May 21st, I ordered 2 herding balls from this company for my dogs. After weeks of waiting, 1 ball arrived incorrect and they responded to my email that a replacement was on its way and would be prioritized. That was more than a month ago. I have sent numerous messages directly to their website, and emails requesting my refund. No response. There are multiple false claims on their website.

The product identified was nothing like what was delivered. Was promised 5-7 day delivery and it took 3.5 weeks. Product was so poorly made it lasted only 10 minutes. Company site offers "No Hassle" refunds, but will not return my emails or messages. They have no phone number listed.
