I attempted to receive the “free bark button” the page continuously refreshed and went to different pages. Never had a confirmation page or anything. I checked my credit card to make sure nothing went through and they charged me 4 different times this was on Feb 4th and as of May 18 I still haven’t received any products.

I asked a question about with cats from BarkButtonUS.com. They responded and offered me one just needed to pay shipping of $14.99. I paid but never received the item.

I ordered the Barkbutton on Feb 27, 2026 and since then my order has not changed from "Order placed". I have attempted multiple times to contact the company to get more information on my order but have yet to receive a response. They charged me a total of $34.98 between shipping and the barkbutton product but I am unable to get ahold of anyone regarding my order and there are no recorded phone numbers to contact for inquiries. I see a number of other people have had this same issue.
