The sweater I purchased arrived, but was way too small. When I attempted to return it, they told me I needed a return authorization number, which they did not provide. They also said I would need to return it to China although they did not give me an address. They offered to send me a larger size if I would pay for the shipping cost. When I asked them how much that would be I did not get an answer. Having looked them up online, it's clear that this is not a company anyone should do business with.
