The company is listed on the info on the bottom of their website as being in Boston, but when I reviewed the return policy, the return address that's given is in China (!), and returns are not free. They also only accept returns that they deem to be their fault, as in defective materials. The fact that the bra I ordered (in the correct size according to their size chart) didn't fit me correctly is apparently my fault. They also don't have a customer service phone number, only an email. Clearly they have no intention of being a reputable company!
