Report

First received about 20 letters in the mail all official from our specific bank. I read the fine print and saw it stated in very small print "not affiliated with *my* bank" so I called to see if they'd identify themselves. They instantly asked for payment information with incorrect personal information trying to scare me. I told them I wasn't interested and they hung up on me.
