Balsam Hill Scam Site

I fell victim to the same scam with the ad. Realized it was fraud about one hour later and contacted my credit card company. They told me I could only dispute the charge and not cancel the order. I had all the information proving it was a scam. The next day I contacted the fraud department for my credit card and spoke with them. They cancelled my card and issued new one and told I had to wait for the dispute to settle. Card company paid Create Shop Denver Colorado $91.88 that included shipping. If the credit card company had put a hold on this charge they would have immediately found it was a scam. Fictitious email address is notice.mailzh-oem.com and [email protected]. Today I get an email stating Sprinter is delivering my order for Christmas tree.

I also bought Christmas tress from Balsam Hill Overstock. I had the exact experience. Got an email Thanking me for the purchase and then initially I had a link to the order to follow it being shipped and then it disappeared. None of the emails are legit and my Credit card was charged by a CREATE SHOP DENVER COLORADO that apparently does not exist. The email was: [email protected], notice.mailzh-oem.com. Very Frustrating! I had to have my credit card company investigate it because I had to dispute the charges.

Copied from another Scam reported as this is the same...Claimed to be representing Balsam Hill, a legitimate online company selling Christmas trees, holiday decorations. Saw ad on Facebook, everything seemed legitimate. Appeared to be a close out distributor. Purchased tree, charged my credit card through their PayPal Acct *WILLILAMMAGO. They sent an email confirming my order. Also got an email asking me to set-up a PayPal acct with links to click in it. And another email stating I have more items I have not paid for with links.
